By accessing or using the website nphix.com and any services offered by Nphix Solutions ("Nphix", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Nphix provides IT services including but not limited to: Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, NFC Solutions, and Cloud Hosting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate written agreement or quotation.
As a client, you agree to:
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an advance payment before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may result in project suspension. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Nphix retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise. All source code, design files, and assets created by Nphix remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Our standard projects include 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or changes to the original scope may incur extra charges. Any scope changes must be communicated in writing and will be documented as a change order with updated pricing and timelines.
Nphix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes related to the original scope. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party modifications, hosting environment changes, or requirements not included in the original scope.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payments are non-refundable for work already completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
